We find interesting the fact that you have shown separately the already existing walls and the ones that concern to your architectural proposal. Also, taking into account the circular 'era' which is next to the cortijo is a good way to make a reference to what was done there at that time, although maybe there could be another use it could have instead of just parking, in order to integrate it more to the program given.
The elevations give us much more information about the projectual idea than the actual plans: they are good very good drawed and more detailed. We think that a more detailed floor plan could be helpful (with the entrances, how each zone works...) although the three dimensional drawing also helps.
Regarding the analysis of the working area and the bioclimatic proposals, we see that you have done a previous analysis of the area with the information that the climate consultant offers, and so you have taken into account the design strategies proposed. Maybe it would be interesting to have an actual section of your own project explaining how you have integrated this strategies.
At last, the gantt diagram is well developed and detailed, also with the choose of the trucks and its dimensions. The industrialized constructive system and the chosen manufacturers are also complete, maybe it could be interesting to explain how this system works together with the existing walls of the building.
Hi there! We have been looking your panels and at first glance we got the main idea of the project, distributing the whole program around the main central patio, as well as the will to maintain vernacular aesthetics of the area.
The presentation of the first panel suits perfectly the format of the competition, including the use of a single colour.
